This is a basic muay thai conditioning drill, traditionally done after every workout and every exercise is done at about 50reps.

For beginners it usually is recommendet to do it like a circuit by doing 10 reps of each exercise and then work up to a total of 5 circuits, once that is possible 50 reps should not be a problem anymore.

Guard passing should be approached, not as a defense to your opponents guard but as an attack on your opponents guard. If you're opponent is always defending then they don't have much of a chance to start an offense on you and you will have less to worry about, which will give you a greater opportunity to beat your opponent.
