This submission, although very easy to counter with a bridge and roll, is one of my favorites. I won my first fight with this submission!

Step 5

Kim drops her weight down, pushing down on June's head with her left hand while pulling up on June's neck with her right forearm. Spreading out June's legs with double grapevines can also help put more pressure on the neck.

no doubt...u can make it like a choke, to cut off the air start by pulling their face towards ur chest, which will also provide more leverage for the neck crank.

I love hearing the popping of the neck when you put this on somebody. On the other I hand I am not fond of the sound when done to me.
