I hope all of you have been watching the Invicta events. Having a fighter that fought in their inaugural event, I know first hand what a classy and professional event Shannon puts on. The ladies that fight on this event come out to bang!

In their 6th event they are featuring a highly anticipated rematch between two former Strikeforce champions as Cris Cyborg takes on Marloes Coenen. 

Back control must be avoided at all costs. Not only is back control worth a large amount of points at grappling tournaments, it's also for many, the beginning of the end of the match. Watch this guy litererally, "flip out", to escape back control.

I can still remember my first pair of MMA gloves—I kind of made them myself.  They started out as a pair of Chuck Norris competition sparring gloves.  There are a few who read this who might actually know what I’m talking about.  They were big, bulky, and had a weird bar in the middle of the palm.
