The crew over at AX Fighting/ CageWars MMA put together another great show last saturday. Teams from all over Washington state and a few fighters from Canada came together to challenge themselves in Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai, Kickboxing and Grappling match ups.

Whether you like, love or loath her, you have to admit she is a bad ass arm-collecting fighter. Some people are not a fan of her trash talking, but we here at Lockflow love the Muhammed Ali esque banter that Ronda brings to the MMA game.
