One of the techniques I teach in my kuma waza classes. We were actually going over scarf hold and escapes when I came upon this awsome fliping armbar. So take a look and hope you like it. 

This is a techniques I did one one of my bigger students while rolling hes very strong and gives my a hard time. While fooling around bit with the russian arm trap I managed to slap this on. It works very well and is pretty tricky thought id share hope you like it.

So my highest recommended video was sweeps from the guard, so last night I decided to film a bunch of sweeps that came to mind and that I could fit in a short video like my others.  I show sweeps from a bunch of positions.  Hopefully they can help give some ideas or even bring back some sweeps that you used to do successfully but forgot about.

Although it is in Portuguese, we no need translation to tell us how slick this set up for the triangle is.
