2, 1, 9, Knee Ride Drill

Under pressure, alot of wrestlers will revert to the take down. "Feeder" remember to move with your guy. So with that, as you attack, look for the shot and land the shin or knee. A'la Liddel vs Babaloo and GSP vs Hughes. Have fun!!!

  • 2
    • Joe throws a cross or a "2".
  • 1
    • He then steps through with his right foot as he throws the lead hand or a "1".
  • 9
    • He then throws the lead leg or the "9". Austin the "feeder", crouches like he's going to shoot as he holds for the kick.
  • Feeder Falls
    • Austin falls to his back as if he took the shot to the head.
  • Pass the knees
    • Joe stays on his opponent, makes sure to pass the knees...
  • Knee Ride to Strikes
    • and finishes with a GNP!!!

hey now... i dont appreciate the Babloo thing lol. Not that your wrong that he got caught with this... its just that its spelled BABALU lol. Its the gum he chews... its really good, my friends sent me some a while back.

This is actually a recurring thing when we spar with wrestlers... never thought drilling something my favorite fighter got tKO'd by would come in so handy.
