Back Bridge Walk Overs

Here is a god drill for developing your Back Bridge and flexibility and strength, all you need is a wall!

  • Step 1
  • Stand next to a wall, facing out.
  • Step 2
  • Lean over backwards and put your hands on the wall
  • Step 3
  • Start walking your hands, one ofter the other towards the floor. Try to maintain a good arch in your back
  • Step 4
  • Keep walking your hands down until your head touches the floor
  • Step 5
  • Walk your hands back up, one than the other

i been watching the video of marao doing this, while listening to music. it makes an awesome dance. lol

i don't think that is humane to make heavy weights do that!

Nice drill! As a 36 year old heavy weight, I was amazed I could still do it.

do it real slow and feel the burn!
