Back Roll Heavy Bag Grab

If you want a good solo grappling drill, here's one for you!

Do it again!!!
I start flat on my back.
I kick my legs up over my head and towards the bag.
I grab the bag with my legs: one leg on each side of the bag, toes facing down towards the ground.
Next, I get up on my hands in pushup position and walk myself forward.
Keep walking them forward while keeping a tight grip with your legs on the bag.
I drop my feet into the ground, maintaing the pushup position.
I slide a leg through my arms and sit out on my hip.
Start over on step one. 3 sets of 15 should get you worn down.
