Bridge flips are a good drill for developing neck muscles. I would advise you to do some basic neck drills for awhile before attempting the flips.
-
Step 1
-
Step 2
-
Step 3
-
Step 4
-
Step 5
Start in the front bridge position
Pushing off with your feet, flip your legs over your head
Without letting your body touch the ground land in the back bridge position
stepping over with either foot, and spinning on the opposite side of your head, start to turn over...
return back to the starting position... repeat as many times as you can!

These are awesome. Anyone done any research into whether or not there are long term, adverse or positive benefits to these spinal column type exercises?
my neck hurts just looking at it.
like this drill
Courage does not always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying "I will try again tomorrow"
Just don't let your head come off the mat at all
Being attacked is like being asked a question- if you answer right you won't get asked anymore questions.
not easy take it slow when u start or u will hurt yourself
Nice, gonna have to try those. Nothing like a strong neck. I may need to grow some hair back though. LOL

My neck is strong enough but I lack the flexability for the forward flip...I keep landing on my back, cant seem to get my feet under me far enough LOL.

Coach Eddie kicked my butt with these a few weeks ago.
I hated doing these in wrestling practice. There is an even worse variation of this that I would love to describe, but it would take forever, maybe I'll put it up in the workout section.

If he says so, then it must be the case. He probably knows better. Let him try to take advantage of it, and And I will do my thing
