I came up with this drill when I started doing conditioning/circuit training for our class. We would do this drill plus others for 12 three minute rounds. If you don't have ab straps to do this, you could throw your gi over it and grab the lapels or thread your arms in the sleeves.

Start off hanging (I know right now I'm standing).
Catch guard at the bottom of the bag.
Start climbing.
Keep climbing. Different people will have to take different amount of steps pending on the length of their legs and strides. Try mixing it up though. Your opponents will differ in size and won't be as easy as a heavy bag.
Close the Guard at the top.
Release and repeat. Do it for time, do it for reps, do it for abs, do it for your guard, but always do it for the love of jiu-jitsu.
static.
