Elbow Speed Drill/Workout

A little flow I made up when I needed a way of training 4 elbow attacks. I'm a little unsure of how the flow is but for me it works fine and the only thing is when to use the ElbowJab or the HorisontalElbow. They work fine both on the same places. Any suggestions to make this better I need. Please post as comment.

The Right Upward Elbow
I start with hands up and left lead. Ways to variate this is to make it with right lead, both feet paralell and/or with hands starting in relaxed position at hips.
I have left lead, therefor I start with the Left Upward Elbow. This could and should of course be changed. This drill is hard to apply to a real situation and should be taken for what it is. A piece of workout and should be variated as much as possible.
Now just continue with a Right Side Elbow.
... And after this comes a Left Downward Elbow.
A Right Elbow Jab. Simply drive ur right elbow and shoulder straight forward.
Now we begin to turn back. Going for a Left Side Elbow.

The last elbow. The Right Upward Elbow.
This is as said before just a drill/workout and I use it before getting to bed. Doing a 10 of these at full speed both leads make me feeling less guilty for not doing those pushups everyone talks so highly about. This is not. I repeat. This is not a drill for getting better technique. At least that's not the purpose of the drill.

The strong man is not the one who wrestles, but controls himself in a fit of rage.

This "combo" is not made for hitting the heavybad at all.. I think the distance will make it nearly impossible to use this combo to anything except killing your shoulders. And that's without hitting anything.
good work. Ive done this for about 3weeks now, every night before bed. its a great shoulder workout and ive noticed an increase in speed and power when throwing.
I will try this in my next training routine.
good precise technique drill for them bows...
This routine practiced on the ground with a heavy bag may translate well to actual fighting situations. I havent fought yet, but from what I see elbows on the ground are much much easier to use than when standing.
