Here is a drill for developing your balance, coordination and core strength. Below the video, the technique is broken down step by step.

  • Step 1
  • Nate gets himself into the head stand position
  • Step 2
  • Keeping his legs straight, Nate slowly lowers his legs down to a 90 degree angle
  • Step 3
  • Nate Slowly raises his legs back to the starting position

that's crazy! you need to have really good balance to do this.

love to try this but i need to learn how to do a handstand first

love these, think about this! If you become handstand beast, how is anyone going to joint lock your arms! very worth while training. Anyone interested just needs to search gymnastic progression or handstand progression.
