Thanks to 9-0( 7-0 MMA, 1-0 Kickboxing, 1-0 Pro Boxing) fighter, Ben "Fear the Flattop" Fodor for the demonstartion.

  • Step 1
  • Ben starts with both hands on thw swiss ball
  • Step 2
  • Ben puts both knees on the ball and balances himself on the ball
  • Step 3
  • Ben puts his weight onto his left knee as he loosens his pressure with his hands, this allows the ball to start rolling backwards
  • Step 4
  • Maintaining his balance, Ben puts his weight onto his right knee while lifting his left leg... Ben continues this motion as long as he ca.
