The Partner Ab Drill has been a drill that we have been finishing classes with. We normally do 3, 3 minute rounds. If you havn't done it before, grab a partner and give it a shot!

  • Step 1
  • Lay down with your partner facing opposite directions. Lay your outside hand next to you, and reach the other hand under your partner's legs and lock hands.
  • Step 2
  • Roll back and lift your legs and hips up
  • Step 3
  • Staying up on your shoulders swing your legs to the other side of your parnter's legs
  • Step 4
  • Land on the other side and repeat for a number of reps or an amount of time.

had sweet times with it but i didn't did that in ages thanks.

hard sparring session is like a cold shower in a warm day. It feels good.

May give that a try tonight

Horrible drill. Especially if you are doing 3, 5 minute rounds immediately after spending 3, 5 minute rounds of getting body punched by Slick. Yes coach, I am even crankier today Smile

LOL....see you at the gym!

Try doing this one with Mad Miles....hes a little clumsy!!! lol

yup, i no this drill. good stuff.

OMG...I completely forgot about this drill..I haven't done that since high school wrestling. I'm definitely going to use this in my class starting Monday!
