Skippies are a great Cardio drill, as well as a way to train yourself to kneestrike from various angles. Here, Lacey shows the most basic ways to drill skippies against a heavy bag. You may also use a wall or a partner. If your using a partner, be nice!

Lacey brings her right knee up towars the bag
She drives her right knee into the bag
Lacey drops her right leg to the mat, at the same time she hops her left leg behind her, so that her feet do not touch the mat at the same time
Lacey now begins to drive her left knee to the bag
She drives her left knee into the bag
Lacey drops her left foot to the mat as she kicks her right leg behind her, she now reapeats the process to complete the skippies!
