Swiss Ball Ab Roll
This is a Swiss ball drill that I like. Count up to 5 slowly on your way out, and then count to 5 slowly on your way back in! 3 sets of 10 and you should feel it!!

Start with your lower body solid, knees bent, and feet slightly off the mat.With your fists on the ball, roll slowly foward onto your forearms.
Once you've rolled forward as shown, slowly start to roll back to position one (it should be about a 5 count to do so).

Even more challenging if you put the hands on the floor and feet on the ball, now jack-knife the ball to you. Great for hip flexors and lower abs!

Hey Bawajiwe! You must be proud of your boy... he's definitely "gifted". I had seen the jack-knife drill. I'm talking about starting with the ball under your thighs or knees and then trying to roll it toward your head by bringing the hips up. You still finish with your feet on the ball, I just find it more challenging. Try it and let me know.
