Swiss Ball Ab Roll
This is a Swiss ball drill that I like. Count up to 5 slowly on your way out, and then count to 5 slowly on your way back in! 3 sets of 10 and you should feel it!!
Start with your lower body solid, knees bent, and feet slightly off the mat.With your fists on the ball, roll slowly foward onto your forearms.
Once you've rolled forward as shown, slowly start to roll back to position one (it should be about a 5 count to do so).
