The Swiss Ball has become a popular training aid for Grapplers and MMA fighters, here Buck Demonstrates how to do a back roll on the swiss ball:

Start by sitting on the Swiss Ball
Buck brings his legs forward and starts to slide his hips forward
Buck continues to slide down the ball as he begins to arch his back
Keeping his weight on the ball, Buck flips his feet up and over his bady
Buck lands with his feet on the other side of the ball
Buck lands and is ready for his next movement

Dumb question alert
What is this supposed to do? (I'm assuming it's supposed to help with back rolls, somehow)
It looks like it helps with stability and agility.
"if you can dodge a wrench you can dodge a ball"
if you can transition and flow on a ball......
Wow!?!? I have finally found use for that ball besides dumbell benchpresses.
You know what I hate about today?!? It's still happening.
I remember seeing something where Frank Shamrock was absolutely wearing a Swiss ball out! Looked really useful for timing, turning the corner, etc.
Lookinf forward to seeing more of this stuff.
