Our Wrestling coach used this drill in class today. It was a faced paced drill that helped to develop wrestling skills.
The two participants start facing eachother, when the coach says go, they try to touch eachothers feet. The two participants are encouraged to use their wrestling skills- sprawling, arm drags, snap downs, etc.
you could add penalties, like push ups or whatever. Use whatever time you want. We went for 1 minute goes.
