Triangle Drill
Lockflow models Kim and June demonstrate a great drill for developing your triangle choke.

June starts in the triangle position.
June releases the triangle and opens her legs.
Kim puts her other arm in between June's legs.
June Puts her right foot on Kim's left hip as she places her left leg over Kim's right shoulder. June will use her right foot to push herself to the left to create a good angle for the choke.
June closes up the triangle.
June opens her legs and Kim switches arms
June uses her left foot to step on Kim's right hip as she throws her right leg over Kim's left shoulder.
June folds her right leg over the back of Kim's neck.
June finishes the Triangle on the other side.

Yes, and that looks like a good drill too.
I have to work on Armbars and Triangles from the guard, so I'll try to practice this. Looks uncomfortable for Kim though!
