The Wall Spin

The wall spin is an effective drill for learning to get up on your shoulders. This drill also develops your coordination of using your feet to help spin your body.

  • Step 1
  • Seth starts on his back about an arm's distance from the wall.
  • Step 2
  • Seth rolls backwards planting both feet on the wall.
  • Step 3
  • Pushing off the wall, Seth spins off his shoulders as he pulls his head and shoulders away from the wall.
  • Step 4
  • Seth ends up in the reverse position.
