Fedor spars with a 22-1 pro boxer
Lockflow loves videos of fighters training. I figure that most fighters put in at least 100 rounds of training per every round of actual competition. I have always picked up some of my best techniques from watching others train. So in that spirit, here's 3 minutes of Fedor boxing with an 22-1 pro boxer named Denis Lebedev (who knocked out Roy Jones Jr in his last fight) in preparation for his upcoming Strikeforce bout. Props to Youtube user, UliMorse for uploading the vid!

The lead 2 works well for both fighters, as it should when orthodox and southpaw's face off.
Wow, Fedor looked awesome, like he was the pro boxer awesome. Only down side is he throws the right hand to much without jabbing for my liking.
Been beaten and scarred, you'll never break me. I'm born again hard.
Didnt look like the pro boxer was going as hard as Fedor. I read somewhere that they are friends and long time sparring partners so maybe thats why Fedor looked so good. Im not saying that Fedor doesnt have great hands, Im just not convinced that the pro boxer was sparring to his full potential.

What tate said.... look at the jones fight vs Lebedev and there is a major difference. The hands were alot quicker, and alot more movement of head.

looked like couple times the pro boxer was holding back. i wish he would of went as hard as fedor did.
fedor has fast right hand cross. very good movement.
The man has boxing skills that's for sure. If I were him I think I would be working on my sprawl right now though.
