UFC Fighter, James Wilks - Interview and Techniques
By: CHOKETAPSNAP on Wednesday, June 30, 2010
I went down to Lightning MMA to talk with James about his win over Peter Sobotta at UFC 115. He was having a FREE BBQ for everyone, which I thought was a really cool thing to do. After being there for a while, I noticed that no matter who showed up, James treated them like family. He helped serve food and he joked with everybod.y He was also having a raffle, giving away prizes and 6 months of free training.
I also met and talked to his instructors who were just as nice as James.
I was able to get "Lightning" to show a cool Lockflow for us on fellow lockflower David S! Check out this Cool Flow!

Nice! I really like that flow, very creative!
I don't have to win every time, it doesn't bother me in the slightest to get tapped. So I'm able to learn the ins and outs without my ego getting in the way. - Eu
