2011 BATTLE OF THE 7 CITIES Martial Arts Championships will be held this year on

SATURDAY, JUNE 4, 2011

at the Granby High School Gym in Norfolk, VA.

This year, the 2011 Battle of the 7 Cities Martial Arts Championships will be held on June 4th in beautiful Norfolk, Virginia . This is a great tournament featuring some of the best competitors from all over! It is professionally run and well organized--respect, courtesy and good sportsmanship are promoted at this event. Turn your tournament visit into a mini-vacation...there's lots to see and do in the Hampton Roads area--Norfolk is just 20 minutes from the Virginia Beach oceanfront!

Registration: 9-10:30am

Black Belt Meeting: 10:30am

Competition Begins: 11am with Demo Team

Competitor's Fee: One event or more $50 (Non VKA Members)

$40 for ACTIVE VKA members whose names are on list.

(No checks--No refunds--Cash only)

Spectator's Fee: $7 (children 5 & under FREE)
