I just tunned in on Spike TV to "Knockout Sports World". It's awesome! I'm laughing pretty hard at some of the comments they make. UCE (Ultimate Combat Experience) clips are on there too! UCE is our home grown MMA promotion here in UT.

yes!! I love this show! Did anyone watch the guy who got knocked out who said his training came from moshing at concerts? LOL
