arm in guillotine defense

Even after a few years of doing bjj ive yet to come across a legit and effective ARM IN guillotine defense. any concepts or techniques for getting out of it?I feel fine getting out when there's no arm in because you have an extra arm to defend with. Thoughts?

I've heard Ben henderson talk about them needing to hip out to the side, the side that has your arm trapped in, to get a better angle on the choke.  He said what saved frankie edgar from his choke was that frankie knew this , so he did the opposite and moved Bens hips to the other side.. opposite of his trapped arm.
