Feel free to share your Total Hold Downs! The ones in the LF Tech Database are great as well -- I'm always looking to learn new ones.

One of my Coaches Mike Steward uses this alot. You have a nasty neck crank at #8 if you grab the head, rotate and lift up and towards you.

Been beaten and scarred, you'll never break me. I'm born again hard.

That is a very good option from there. I also like how easy it makes it to roll back into a crucifix. Such a sweet position... must be difficult to pull it off against an experienced fighter, though. I don't think I've seen it done in competition.

Love this! Unfortunately, most people know this move as "that move Lesnar used on Mir"... Sad(  Still a really great way to dominate someone with strikes or submissions.
