Burn Machine is it worth it?

I was wondering if anyone in the lockflow community has experience with the burn machine? I saw Anderson Silva use it on one the "countdown" shows. If you like it, what size/model do suggest buying?.

I've never used one but it is not a joke. I remember always seeing ads for them in Ultimate Grappling magazine. I haven't got that mag in a few years so it has been around a while.

It just doesn't look like an aparatus I would use. Maybe the spinning is what got me.

Eric Paulson uses these with his guys training under him.. they will seriously kick your butt.
