I haven't seen this exact set-up before. Anybody on here pulled it off while rolling?

sure. its a usefull last ditch move when you are tying to heel hook from the outside leg triangle and your opponent spins in. just sit up and grab em!

it looks like a knee compression to me in the gif chaz put up. What fight was that chaz?
