funny thing. the only dvd's i had owned for couple years was tony cecchines, and an old wrestling instruction from my school. and controlling hips was stressed alot. at first when i lost control of the hips, i would lose my oponent. alot of practise is needed. but, will worth it.
one thing i started noticing is controlling the head. when i am in side control, when oponent tries to bridge i left up the their heads. this totally stops them from doing anything. the head is also another good way to control a person.
these are good videos. i will rewatch them again. relearn. funny how we forget things.
