Ever watch the Crossfit games? Felt like any second I could see somebody get horribly injured from trying to do way more than they're capable of so they can "win" at exercising.
For the games I think they should do some sort of weight classes or have each person perform lifts in accordance to their bodyweight. Some of the numbers that an athlete has to put up are way too big for the average person. Therefore giving the advantage to bigger people. Im an avid cross-fitter and pretty strong for my size but some of the weight used in the games is too much for me to do even once, let alone multiple reps
I guess some people dont realize crossfit isnt powerlifting lol
