Flying Triangle in my fight last week :)

Not been on here for a while been busy training for a big UK fight on BAMMA against TUF 9 veteran Dean Amasinger.

Well the fight was last week and I managed to hit a schweet flying triangle in the 2nd round. (skip to 11:40 ish to see)
