There are only 3 reasons I use twitter, to follow Dana White, Joe Rogan and now Lockflow.

I think I updated my status once when I first got it, but I just use it to keep up to date with the above. Is handy to have updates on UFC stuff coming through to my phone automatically, and now lockflow stuff too :)

You obviously know nothing about twitter then.

Twitter is great for social networking or finding out about events, hell news breaks on twitter before anywhere else and you can get tweets from on the scene. As you may know it has been playing a pivotal role in Iran for getting information out.

One example is that lockflow will be able to draw more followers and potential site users that it would never have been able to. Also people who would have never known about the site will find it thanks to twitter.

Don't forget twitter has been around for years, and before Ashton kutcher picked it up and it became trendy for all the celebs with millions of followers it was a small site for tech geeks.
I've noticed as soon as something gets popular, even if it is helpful some people will automatically start hating it.
