Frankie Edgar ?
Am I the only one who thinks he is a boring fighter to watch? I respect that he is a fighter and I think his work ethic is crazy. But man. 11 decisions. All of them extremely debatable. Seems like every fight 1/2 the people think he won and 1/2 think he lost.
Frankie use to be a bit more exciting - I've always said that Frankie has top 5 boxing skills in MMA. I just think he's so caught up on the "do enough" to get a victory mentality. The rules are set up for decision fighters... If you go out there to lay it on the line you have a much higher chance of getting knocked out, and eventually your fan base goes away, you get dropped from the organization, etc...
These guys need to start getting paid like 15,000 to fight and HUGE bonuses for knockouts, submissions, etc... Entice them to really fight... GSP has no reason to risk taking a beating if he's going to pull a cool million in with sponsorship for a decision victory and walk away scratchless..
I think that a lot of the problem lies in that fact that lately his perception of what he has to do to win a fight seems to be off of what is actually expected of him.

12 out of last 15 fights have gone the distance, and 2 out of the last 4 fights have been split decisions. So you may have a point.
