Yeah, that is Stephan. He sent me a link to this in his newsletter. I wrote him back and told him I wish I had known this seminar was going to be in Seattle and I would have driven up (I recognized the police academy training room from my time there). He wrote back that I would be even more upset to learn that the seminar had been in Portland the day before. Sigh.

Anyway, enough rambling. Good stuff though.

i have been gettin tapped left right lately. they have all figured out my patterns. time to mix it up! that last armbar is coming out the gates today!!!
