I have actually been lurking on here for a while and I decided today was as good a day to join and be part of the community.

I have found some great articles and what looks like a great group of folks as well. I have been involved with Gracie BJJ for the past few years and I am currently a student of Charles Gracie here in San Francisco, CA.
