Im going to start this program next week. I wanted a program that used alot of full body compound exercises for strength and some mass gain 3x a week (leaving room for MMA training). I think this would be a great workout for people looking to achieve an overall increase in strength.

This also looks to be a similar program that Frank Mir utilized to add size and strength.

I forgot I posted this lol... So far so good. Im about three weeks into it, and im just now starting to not get ridiculously sore after work outs. If anybody is interested you can check out Mark Rippetoe on youtube, he has some good vids on proper form and technique. Ive been lifting 3x a week along with my usual 3-4 days of MMA training and I feel really good, I was worried I would be left feeling al ragged out.

Very basic and right to the point, nothing beats tried and true strength training.

Although mostly due to the fact that I dont have alot of experience with these types of lifts (Except the bench), I have managed to add at least 5 lbs every workout while keeping really good form.

Crossfit.com has free workout demo videos for pretty much every type of lift you can think of.

Use light weight until you get your form down. If you have access to an experienced power/olympic lifter or trainer I would have them critique my form or have a buddy watch the video and then watch you. Sometimes you just have to adapt and work with what you have. I do cleans, snatches and other forms of power/olympic lifting and I have never had access to a certified coach, I am pretty much self taught but I have held off injuries by making sure that form comes before weight.

Ive used crossfit for the last few years to help get into shape for fights. The high intensity pace of the endurance workouts are great for anaerobic conditioning and strength endurance while the power workouts are great for explosive power and static strength. Each day brings something different which helps keep your body from adjusting to a certain pace and it breaks up the monotony of doing the same routines over and over again.
