Hayabusa Ashi MMA foot grips.
Ankle braces with tread on the bottom. Not worth $40 IMO but they look cool.
I was seriously about to order these for GFC 23. Think they'd be legal ?
umm I don't know that is SWEET!!!
Monson actually wore something very similar to these when he fought Slyvia, so I would think they are legal
looks nice, but personally i would the get socks kind that covers the whole foot. it looks dorky, but there is even better grip and you protect you feet from the nasty sweat and blood of others.

Think they'd be legal ?The worry with wrestling shoes in alot of promotions is that the laces may assist in cutting up someone's face if they get kicked. Since these dont have laces I dont see why they would be illegal. Ill ask Bobby the next time I talk to him or Ill bring it up in the GNP forums.
Cool, lemme know what he says. I'm assuming he's reffing gfc 23.
I could definitely see those being an advantage. Kinda like somebody with good knees wearing knee braces or good ankles wearing ankle braces, provides grip in many ground attacks... this just helps on the feet too.

I HAVE WORE THEM A COUPLE TIMES IN THE TOTAL FIGHT CHALLENGE ...THEY ARE NICE AND WORK BUT IF YOU TRAIN IN THEM TO THE GRIPS ON BOTTOM WEAR OFF THEN STUCK WIT REGULAR ANKLE BRACES FOR THAT PRICE

FREESTYLE AMERICAN SHOOT TEAM Thanks to eagles for the sig!

Would that tread be legal in the cage?
The advances in fight gear are interesting. The Sprawl Grip Flex shorts come to mind. Will fight gear technology begin to play a more significant role in the outcome of matches?
