Hello from the Netherlands

I am a 51 year old martial artist and I live in Holland.


I am new to this forum and have post some questions on the workout forum and already have had great response.


Great site, lotts off info and very nice people here.


The only problem is that if I want to go to a next page in, for example, the workout forum, this doesnt work.


The clocking is turning around but it takes ages to go that nect page. Untill now I have not be to a next page because it seems that it doenst work at all. Is there any solution for that? Because I want to read all the stuff Smile
