I don't really see this working. Why doesn't the guy in the rashguard move his head to the other side to defend the choke? If someone had their arm over my shoulder, I'm almost always immediately move my head to the other side of the guys head..

Probably give up a position but at least you'd be out of the choke..

I tried this out after I saw it. The important piece to this was getting the legs up on the body and across it (vs keeping just the hooks). You can't move your hips with having that leg across your body, game over.
