I was out for 2 years and got back in line in 2 months. My feet were mat burned, my neck hurt, my stamina was around 30 seconds but after 2 months I could do all the thing I used to do, which really isn't that much. Wink

I'm with Chaz, I just took about 2 months off and it's taken me about 2 months to gain back all of the small things I was starting to improve on my game as well as the conditioning I lost.

Chaz, yeah but even though I wasn't going to class I still kept working out, drilling on my punching bag, reading instructionals, watching vids, and visiting Lockflow. Wink

It all depends on how much work you put in and in what time frame. Usually a week off will benefit you, especially if you are a gym rat and never take the time to recuperate. I recently had some training for my job in which I took a week off of MMA and lifting. When I came back, I felt like a beast. My muscles were fully healed and my nervous system felt brandnew.
