It's a small accomplishment, I know, but one that I'm proud of.

Small? Hardly. You're one of the few that stuck with it long enough to get your blue. Think about all the white belts you see for a few months and then never see again.

You did something that most people won't even try. Congratulations.

+1 Earning your blue is a great accomplishment that required a lot of sweat and hard work. You stuck with it, got beat up everyday for months and kept coming to improve. You have every right to feel a sense of accomplishment.

Yes, congrats!
As a matter of fact- I was choked out by a Gracie Bluebelt tonight! With what I think is called a "front choke" from mount.

Being a white I know it must feel awesome goin blue, now comes that long hard purple road.....

I'm proud of anybody I know in this great sport that does the hard work and mat time time to advance, thats the common bond in combat sport ya know- being proud of your brothers and sisters of the mat.
Rock on bro! :D

Congrats man.

That is no small accomplishment. I don't know what the % is of people who take 1 class vs people that get a blue belt but it has got to be pretty low!

Tren...please rephraise this...it just reads tremendously wrong lol. But back on topic, Congrats brother! The mat in your academy is a better place because of students like you that stick to it and keep pushing their training partners to advance their games.
