Its good to be back!!

Well all it's good to be back.

Its been at least a year and a half since ive been on here but i've had so much going on with getting married, having kids and balancing life in general.

I havent fought since late 2008 but im looking to get back into grappling now that my kids are old enough to come and join me on the mat.

It's good to be back, hows everyone doing?
