I don't know if I'm just getting old or what.
Does anyone on here like this performer Kesha? How in the world is she popular? What is it?
There is a lot of music I don't like, most I can at least recognize that the tune is catchy or the person has a good voice, or she's hot and wears almost no clothes. But this girl is none of those things. I just don't get it.

These days music isn't about the way the song actually sounds, it's about what the lyrics are about and either how relatable or how much street cred the "artist" has. In the case of Kesha, nickcavejr said it best.

I think Kesha is a horrible performer but definately marketable. Fortunately my daughter is only 3 cause I would have serious issues with her listening to Kesha. Kesha makes it seem cool to get drunk go to a party and sleep around which is a nightmare for any father when it comes to their daughters. Plus I saw her perform on TV and I've got to be honest, she was post breakdown Brittany Spears bad:0

Sorry Chaz, I thought that law only applied to nice looking women.
And that picture up there ^^^ that's not her. That has so much airbrushing it's basically a figment of someone's imagination. It's a nice figment, but it really looks nothing like her.

It's not Kesha it's Ke$ha. Come on people. Also, I like that song because I too wake up in the morning feeling like P Diddy.

Sad to say, I think her song hits home with a lot of the party girls in college that drink non stop and have to party every night. I guess there a song for everyone.
