Lockflow Drill on my grappling dummy (living room edition)

Hey guys.  As promised I posted a vid of a lockflow ciruit I came up with when working with the dummy.  It's really been helping my game not to mention has been a fun way to spend the evenings at home. Wink Feel free to offer advice to me on any of the techniques shown.  I'd appreciate it.  -Mike
