I've received a lot of compliments on my avatar so in the spirit of Christmas I am going to let everyone know how to make their own. It's sort of easy. Just go to this website:

http://www.photofunia.com/effects/flipping_pages

All you do is up-load four photos and it will create your animated .gif for you. The only hard part is that you need software that can take your .gif file and down size it to the LockFlow requirements (Maximum dimensions are 85x85 and the maximum size is 80 kB). That's what took me forever to figure out.
