i put this on here because we were discussing pushups and bodyweight exercises. this guy was locked up for 35 years, i think he spent over thirty years of solitary confinement. anyway he did 3000 thousand press ups a day. and wrote a book on how to workout out in limited amount of space. apparently he became very strong. (like bending the jail bars)

oh, i was just watching a movie on his life story called bronson. i liked it. kinda fucked up though. but, i thought the actor did an excellent job. he kinda saved the producers ass.

lol, you seen this movie. i find it nuts. but, i also really enjoyed the actor.
any rate. we were debating about bodyweight exercises. and this is another guy who gotten real strong off this type of training. he was also a boxer. well, he used to beat up on gypsy fighters. and i guess in the movie, people would pay to see him fight pitbulls. sometimes two at a time. nuts i tell ya

There's some of his art work up in a local pub as some of the guys who drink there did time with him and he said he'd come visit if he ever got out. Bear in mind this is a man who throws industrial washing machines at people that piss him off

I thought he changed his name to Charles Bronson?

I read a book on him and during a prison riot he threw a fridge or freezer I can't remember which up some stairs lol.

He also claims to have knocked out a cow with one punch.

Just checked wikipedia. They say his name is Peterson FYI.
It is beyond me why someone like that is still alive and costing the taxpayers of any nation money. One big drain on society right there.

A friend of mine works in the Prison hes in, has some crazy stories.

I enjoyed the film and agree the actor did a great job.

thats what got me into it. the actor. llittle weird parts in there, but all in all it is good. kinda shows how f'd up he is.
i am gonna order his book. using bodyweight exercises. he is also a strongman. just curious how he built his strength.

Well Wikipedia isn't allowed as a source for University papers, so for a man to live or die maybe a better source is needed. He's never killed anyone but a mass murderer would've done less time.
