MMA Cage for sale

I have for sale a Professional MMA Cage. The cage is an 8 sided 24' single cage. It is elevated 36" off the floor and stands 9' from the floor to the top rail. It is 100% complete and is located in Southern California. I'm asking $11,500, the cage is a true Professional cage and can pass inspection by the California Commission. 8 sided is a "Octagon" isn't it illegal to use that? (UFC trademarked)

yeah would only be able to use it in a gym not for an event because of the trademark.

I know some shows out here (Wyoming) use Octagons and get away with it. It may catch up to them, but I don't know... We kind of fly a bit under the radar out here...
