I just started rolling again last week after a 3+ year lay off, for some reason i could not find any of my training gear, so i got on ebay and searched for a cup and a mouth guard, "dont confuse the two" any who i came across a mouth guard made by (jawzz) it performed great, other then having all my teeth the mouth guard stayed in place w/o biting, it is super comfortable, and its pretty easy to talk, it it a boil and bite however the company does make custom as well, they are price for the boil and bite i paid 30.00, but i think its well worth it, i used to be a fan of the shock doctor ultra , thats the past.this is the one i got.
