my MMA Demostration video any feed welcome

i was wondering what kind of techs would you use in a no gi demostration and if you would include throws and takedowns from the feet.Any input is welcome .

Thank you man ....actually it is gonna be a demostation of martial arts in general including kick boxing,tae kwon do etc etc in a small outdoor theater in the smal island i live..so no big of a deal really...

In that case, you should totally have some lock flows from standing to submission.. in like 4-5 moves. some taking the guy down, and a few where the other guy takes you down and you escape/reverse, submit.
sounds like a fun demo!

yeah i was thinking the same thing since spending too much on the ground trasitioning positions wont make any impression to the people who watch cuz they wont understand muchof whats going on i think..

Great demo Reilly! We just did one last week, on my part I just went through some basic throws into submissions, a few sweeps, and some leg lock entries. Good luck on the demo!!

im in white..was an ok exhibiton ,we had some kickboxing fights before so we were both kindda tired and even improvise and didnt do the stuff we were supppose to do so take it easy on us!

I absolutely would include high amplitude throws in any demonstration. Suplex, ippon seoi nage, harai goshi, etc. In my opinion demonstrations should be the most impressive looking of the basic techniques so I'd also do some of the basic lockflows (armbar to triangle to omo plata for example).
Please post a video of your demo after you do it if possible.
