well idk if i'll live up to it... but its not going to be because i didnt try.... i'll start training full time once my family gets back on its feet and i have the money.... im sure yall know how all that goes lol

Cool, man. I looked up the gym you're training at, and the facility is beautiful. It's a big step up from hitting a heavy bag tied to a tree, right? Lol. Who are the instructors there?

it is a very nice facility.... i dont train there anymore though... i havent updated my bio in like 6 months lol my moms store that she worked at got burned down so i had to start working 6 days a week.... and i started focusing on track with whatever freetime i had left... im done with school now i just havent been able to get back on my feet...
the only one i know is micheal west... its a nice place.. he gets a lot of people to do seminars.. he had paul buenitello and sean sherk.... and last time i talked to him he was saying that greg jackson was going to teach a class... but that was a while ago
